Sevi has spent 12 years in real estate investment and fund management, first with JLL and then UBS. Since establishing Studious, Sevi has a 100% success rate on over 20 transactions. A qualified surveyor (MRICS), Sevi also holds the IMC (FCA certificate).
James Wells
James' background combines real estate investment with property development. He brings a unique skillset to the business combining meticulous analysis with the hands-on element of construction. James holds the IMC (FCA certificate) along with a real estate masters distinction.
